Venom Prebuff Questions

First: Does prebuffing with Bramble work on venom damage after you take off the bramble?

Second: Does the -5% psn res from a facet work after you take the faceted item off the assassin?

1. Yes, although you won't get the 'glitch' where it is applied twice if you wear it when you melee as well.
2. No, you must inflict damage on the enemy, and then you can put on -res gear (usually a dweb/20/20 monarch switch), then switch back, and the -res will still be there. Prebuffing with -res gear does nothing.
