Vengance help + best exile shield help plz

Hey 2 things i need too know for my pala

can anyone tell me the vengance ias breakpoints if you can that would be great

and

can maybe a few of you post about the best shield to put exile in a reason why would be gr8 if possible as there could be an ever lasting list of which is better but this way i can decide for myself btw no need for smite dmg

You need to tell what weapon you use before we can tell you the breakpoints.

I think eth Zakarum and eth Vortex shields are the best for Exile. Because they have the highest base def i think.

hey thnx for the input guys its a phase blade with famine in so total 60ias 30 froom phase 30 from famine but im confused on why the break points are different dependent for the weapon is it possible for you to get hold of a list of phase blade break points if so that would be amazing thnx for input

"Famine" cant be made in a Phase Blade.

Please check your weapon again. Theres no such thing as a "Famine" Phase Blade.

The reason your confused is that you dont know what "base speed" is. All weapons have a base speed.

The base speed of a Phase Blade is -30.

Try using an IAS calculator again and see if you understand it now.
