V/T Question

I am in the process of making a V/T on ladder and I was wondering about the skills. I read the V/T Guide and I was wondering if I really need a high level Fanaticism. Is level 30 total enough? This way I could get a stronger FoH. I will only level to about 90-93 because past that takes too long. Anyways, I was planning to use this setup:
Shael Shael Heavens Light
Shako
Um'd Upped HoZ
Hel'd Valor
Maras
Verdungoe's
Dracul's
Sandstorm Treks
Bk ring
Ravenfrost
On switch= Lower Resist Wand
3 Offensive skill gcs

I would achieve max fpa smite and I would also have some open wounds/life tap for smite and a lot of +skills. With this i have a level 36 Fanaticism. Can i just make it so I have a level 30 Fanat?

Relax, man, it takes more than a couple hours for people to respond....

But, I'll try to answer your question, even though I don't claim to know anything at all about V/Ts.

With the equipment you are using, lvl 36 Fanat probably won't make too much of a difference. Your damage output with Smite should be decent, and as long as you can hit the 6 fpa smite, lvl 30 will probably suffice. Just keep in mind that this is your character, so you can make him however you want.

thx for answereing. But ther eis about a 100% ed difference between lvl 36 and lvl 30. does that affect my smite at all?
