V/T for Ubers?
Hey there. I hate to be redundant, but after a bit of searching and reading, I still haven't found quite what I'm looking for. At the moment, I have a fresh level ** paladin, with 87 skill points, and 450 stat points waiting to be used. I was planning on building a 1pt smiter based on the ever so popular "1pt smiter" thread. However, it was recently brought to my attention that a Vindicator/Templar Paladin might actually be superior for ubers. Most of the V/T builds are designed for PvP, which I assume isn't too different from PvU.
My question is: What would be the ideal uber paladin? Would V/T be a suitable alternative to the Zeal/Smiter? From what I understand I would basically be replacing zeal, with FoH. What other skills would need to be replaced? Would I still max sacrafice? In theory, both of these builds could be 1pt smiter's.
In terms of gear, I've already started collecting gear based on the 1pt smiter guide. So far I have:
I already have a nice hammerdin for mf'ing, rushing, key hunting, and other PvM affairs. This guy would preferably be able to solo-uber, and be freakin awesome at it. I eagerly await your suggestions.

- Grief PB (got a nice high roll)
- Dungos
- Guillaume's
- Gores
- Fortitude
- Exile
