Can someone teach me how to format a table so I can make the ladder more aesthetically attractive? Participants were randonly inserted.
Rules:
- No healing potions/shrines/ no mana pots for ES based sorcs.
- No charges from items, yep, no lt sticks/wolves/oak and such.
- No prebuff, see next rule.
- After you have bo'ed and cast es etc. you cannot go into stash. That is an instant loss.
- No mercenaries, no nk, no badmannering any kind.
- Dodge limit is 3 days
- You can only challenge a person 1 - 3 spots ahead of you.
- Duels are first to 3 or 5 (Challenger will have last word on this).
- Game must be played on Hell
- Challenger must pm challenged for duel, challenged must answer.
- Map must be cleared of all monsters.
- Duel starts when _both_ of the players have said ".go" (notice the dot).
- Defensive play is NOT encouraged, but remember the line between "running" and defensive play.
- If a player is requested to show equipment, it must be done asap without going in to stash. ( abs enforcing )
- If player drops from a game when inventory check is requested, that counts as an automatic loss to the player.
- Rejoining the game only because of charge bug, anya bug or some other good reason is allowed.
- If #13, #14 or #15 is challenged by a non-ladder player and he loses, he will drop out of the ladder.
- You need to wait 12 hours before dueling the same opponent again
- Anyone who drops 4 spots or more is given optional immunity
- You cannot challenge the same person twice in a row. This is only not applicable when you are second in the table. If you are third, for instance, you need to challenge the second before challenging the first ranked participant, if your last duel was against the latter. This is to prevent people from constantly challenging participants against whom they have build advantages.
- Do post your win-loss ratios for each duel. Best win/loss ratio may get a small advantage within a fixed time perios (this portion is not confirmed)
- No use of third part programs except fraps
- No drinking of antidotes and thawing potions is allowed at any time. Auto-loss if this rule is broken.
Banned items:
-Last Wish (allowing dracs and exile tentatively to even certain matchups)
-Hotspurs
-Rising sun
Resist/Absorb rules:
- 1 piece of non-standard gear absorb
- Max of 85% to a single resist
- Resist stack equipment count as absorb gear. Such equipment include but are not restricted to pally sanctuaries, umed Kiras and pgemmed shields
- Limit of 1 piece of max-resist gear for each element
Class-specific rules:
Necros:
- Only amp, decrep and LR to be used
- No bone prison
Paladins:
- Adding points into resist auras counts as using a max-resist item. running a resist aura counts as using both a max-resist item and a stack item, which means no sorb is allowed.
- No use of prayer and redemption. Meditation is allowed when opponent is not in your screen. This punishes overly defensive play against pallys, while the "do not run away" rule keeps pallys from abusing.
Pre-buffing:
The only allowed pre-buffing would be enchant prebuffing. Nothing else is allowed. Not venom, not ES.
Resolving disputes:
There are no certain ways to get around disputes. behaving like gentlemen is the best way. IE prevention being better than cure. Otherwise, taking screenshots or having someone else present is always a good form of proof.
