Using your inventory count as prebuffing?

Do you guys think keeping gear in your inventory counts as prebuffing? It would be near impossible to use in the middle of a duel and also takes up precious charm slots, but I'm asking because in certain duels it would be nice to have two different weapon switches, but still not lose the CTA.

Personally like I think no. It's your inventory, feel free to do what you want, you may have a higher level BO or w/e but it's at the cost of life/res/ar from charms.

prebuff is when you use items to add extra lvls to certain skill
how is cta in inv prebuff?
prolly some noob whined when you wrecked him ?

Ah thanks for the input. I just wanted to get the general consensus of people opinions on it here.

I've been hassled before about using CTA from my cube and since GM/BM is all so unclear, I stopped doing it. But my friends and I might have a small tourney/arena on open bnet (using only realm items) so we were gonna just copy the rules used in some of the tournaments here. This is why I just asked for some clarification on the whole prebuffing thing.

Haha I remember one time I ran out of BO and charged into a far corner of the blood moor to bo again. Had to drop a quiver of arrows on the ground :badteeth:

Can't wait to duel them again, this time its gonna be on my new laptop tehehe

if your carrying it in your inventory, it aint "prebuff" imho. however, if you get killed while shuffling stuff around, congrats, you lose.

due to me not skilling Chilling Armour (and not having a +chilling armour CtA staff) on my fire sosa, i have to carry a snowclash in my inventory. damn thing costs me 40 base-life.

prebuff is, for example, an ES/Fire sorc switching in an ES ormus, +3lit ammy, +3lit hat, 9x lit skillers & a memory stick, casting BC/BO & ES then switching back in the fire gc's, viper, +fire hat/ammy etc.

I dont count it as such, Ive actually been considering doing just that and carrying an arach and maras for prebuff

Hmm, wouldn't it be benefitable for a barb then to use a +3 WC ammy in inv?
It costs only 1 inv space and gives +2bo, compared to a HL. Just a thought.

i do it all the time with ww/traper, switch cta between widow maker, its fun stuff you dont need to catch those pesky casters anymore

For pubs I carry in my cube a 5 bo delerium 3 wc ammy 2x raven frosts 2x dwarf stars thundergods and HL ammy....all this for 4 inventory spots is well worth it....and for privates i can switch the stuff in cube...i say if your not going back to your stash its all good. no1 can tell u what to carry in your inventroy.

y not jus get stuf from inventory go bo somewere then go back to town get other stuf from inventory...and do duel...no rules in pubs also

becuase it takes too much time to go back and forth...i like to spend my time dueling in pvp games...not runing all over town. And its pubs...its not worth it...the people are generally horrible anyways....im killing people with my unfinished BvA...with WW only half maxed lol
