use this for fire sorc?

Was not planning on a fire sorc, although played a pvp one a couple of years ago, so.....found this and thought i might start to lvl one slowly, should i use this for my sorc(pvp), or u think there is better??
trying to equip my pala at the moment, so should maybe get some runes....thinking out loud.....:scratchchin:
