Upping rare boots (about lvl req)
I got a pair of boots that I want to upgrade for a lvl 30 kicker, but I not sure if the boots will get a new lvl req.
Rune Tread Greaves (lvl req 29):
30% fr/w
+4 dex
24% cold resist
31% fire resist
Half freeze duration
Will they still be lvl req 29 after upping?
