if I make a rw in a exeptional item can I upgrade that item? my rw will be ok?

I don't think so, since (if I remember correctly) the cube combos for upgrading items are only for unique items.

Edit: *smacks head* Yeah, IronCamel is right. Uniques and rares.

man i sure wish you could tho. i found an ethereal exceptional amazon pike with +3 jav skills... in appearance it jsut screams to be made into botd, but it would be about 400 poitns short on dmg compared to an elite one. if i could upgrade that one... you bet i would
