    Updated Guide

    Hey necromancer people, how's everything? Just thought I'd let you know I made a (minor) update to my skellymancer guide and added a small WS K running guide on top of that. If you've got any links in your stickies or something you might want to update those.

    No longer as strict on the skill point placement, hmm?

    Your guide, I dare say, is the best of the guides I looked at, in general (Not only for Necro). Very clear, all the arguments for your choices are there, and well, the build is great to play.

    And I'm glad you haven't forgot about the guide.

    Wikt, skill points are as strict as ever, just removed the skill progression as I didn't feel like reworking it to fit the stripped down core build. I think putting it this way, with core build and several possible variants is better than it was before. Glad to hear you liked the guide, too. :)

    just one question:

    i remember u posting about a 4eth/2shael phase blade when baaling. does it actually work?

    Would I use it if it didn't work? What I didn't know at that time was that -% defence is halved vs act bosses so 6 eths would be better. Basically it's only useful if your TP charges don't take your second weapon slot. Keep the blade and a good shield there and Guillaume's face and goblin toe in your cube. When fighting baal switch out helm and boots and you can take him down quite a bit faster than usually. Switch helm and boots back when got him almost dead.

    i read the guide the first time, and i couldnt find it the second time around, hence the q.

    just asking because when its me and some not so uber damage char on baal (on our priv runs), its usually my cb merc who does the killing, but its slow (30 secs or so?) so i want some way to hasten it.
