Update: RIP my lvl 53 barb

So I challenged this lvl 87 ama in low lvl duelz. I went shieldless since she used charged strike. In the beginning I couldn't hit her due to dodge/high block, but after a while I got lucky and managed to score like 3 hits and she chickened with only a sliver of life left.
THEN when I just was about to go back to town I got backstab by this really lame fury druid who killed me in one fury. I got looted, but the biggest loss was my atod (3x 28-30ed/8-9str) who was in the stash.

Ah yes .. but hardcore is a whole new language ..

BSOD == bone shield of deflecting
vBSOD == Vulpin bone shield of deflecting

I only play hardcore occasionally.. I have to be in a mood for it .. a very cautios mood.. :) .. but it's a whole different market, a whole different world even ..

There is a much larger emphasis on properly building a character at the lower levels, getting the top lower lvl items means you may actually live to become a higher level.. :)
