    unidentify integers?

I was just wondering if Clvl or MF has anything to do with the resulting item quality upon being identified?

Or anything else for that matter...

Its level will determine what stats it has at the moment it is spawned. It will have those regardless of the ID status.

MF helps item to be magical, rare, set and unique. MF starts working at the place some specific item is to drop (say, sacred armor or jewel) and till the moment it's rarity is defined (magic, rare, set, unique).
clvl does nothing with the dropped item in any case.
Once item appeared, even it's UnId, it has some defined stats and they won't change after identifying, they're just revealed.
