Treasure goblins now have a blue location indicator on the mini-map, and from what I can tell, they also have their "escape" portal open when you first encounter them. I don't know if the goblin escape time has changed.

Pretty sure the escape time has not changed.

It doesn't feel like the escape time has changed. It feels quite similar, but since they changed it so goblins don't have a half second immunity to damage (or however long it was), they're much faster to kill now.

Goblins now sprint around faster than they did before, with different, streaky animation?

In terms of goblins, I didn't really get enough time to see at what level of health goblins stop running, say "screw it" and spawn the portal amidst being damaged. Was around 15% or so earlier, now it feels like 5%, but when they do stop to hesitate, they're already dead.

ADDON: it appears that if they are at or below 50% they will start to sprint, up from around ~30%.

The CTRL range display for damage increase on Ancient Orbs displays the non-ancient range. This may be for all off-hand items, but I can only speak for orbs specifically.
