Unbelieveable Bnet kids

This is prob the most upset i have been in a very long time of playing Diablo II. (since august). Ok, so here's my story.
I Just found a 100 spc and Windforce. My lvl 85 ladder East strafer pit runner was going to be very happy. I had been mfing with my pally, and he had several items that i wanted on my zon. I sent out a /f m msg asking for help xfering. A guy says he'll help and i tell him game name and pw. He joins, i drop my stuff. ( Raven, Dual Leech, Maras, my WF, a 235 spcs, 100 spc, ss, shako, andy visage, uped shaft, gore riders etc.) I leave and come back with diff acct. My friend says that Killerz_2 came in and is holding my stuff for me. He is obviously some beginner because he tells me to lvl him to 24 in cow runs if i want my stuff back. I tell him that a lvl 6 is gonna get any xp that way. He gets mad and signs off. So, i lose almost all of my decent ladder items. I am amazed that people on Bnet can be so cruel. I mean, he was somehow on my f list ( prob from some trade) and he takes my stuff that i had worked for weeks to get. I am so angry right now that I am thinking about quitting. I mean I love the game, but if I am going to get treated like this by 12 yr olds, then its not for me.

Felt sorry for ur items lost. Maybe next time u should get people u really trust to xfer stuff for u. Trust no one. If you had another pc and copy of diablo2 like me, xfering your own stuff will surely be the best.

I know the feeling and it's terrible. My advice-Trust nobody but yourself.Make a game, wait for 7 min, drop items, exit and come with another char to pick them.

Yeah, that's not a very long time of playing D2. You always gotta be careful with that friends list. Lesson learned.

Don't think its possible on 1 pc as your ip will be the same. Bnet will boot either connection even with different cd keys for each running game.

Anyway to err is to be human. Burn that into ur head and be really really cautious next time. And get back to Mf-ing the pits! Sighing and feeling bad ain't gonna help. =)

You mean you drop all that kick-*** stuff and ask someone you barely know to stay there untill you return and expect the stuff to still be there?? Damn, i thought i was naive... I wouldn't even drop all this on the floor in a game with my best friend, in fear that the game disconnects.

Like they say: welcome to the real world, neo.

You have to realize that an overwelming majority of players on Bnet are jerks, selfish and rude. It's sad that you had to lose so much stuff to learn.

As everyone else said, be careful, very careful.

That stinks. Can you expect anything else from folks you don't know, and yes, lots of immature kids that have no respect for anybody? Isn't that why we now have the option to trade without dropping our stuff?

I don't trust any of these guys with these weird yellow names.....I think they are just wandering around getting high post counts so that when the time comes that someone asks them for help, bam, they get u. :p.

P.S. I don't trust that ash guy either....not one bit.

When i dropped all of my stuff, my best friend was in the game. I was dropping for him to hold. He goes to school with me, I'm not an idiot haha.
