    Unable to Connect

I just recently installed D2 and the EXP using a CD-key generator (dumb idea) and i get the message "This CD-key is not authorized for Battle.net usage." or something to that effect. then when i tried to reconnect i got "Unable to Connect, check your router or modem etc."

i reinstalled the game with actual CD-keys i bought and im still getting the message "Unable to connect" but only on USEast (the one i tried logging into with the faulty CD keys) but i can log in the other realms. im assuming they banned my IP or something? how long does this last and is there any way to fix it?

If you did not buy the CD key with the game, and still in an un-opened retail box, we cannot help you.
