Please spend some time checking over the guides. In addition as you stated your just starting out I can quickly tell you that it will be quite awhile before you can attempt ubers.
Ubers are doable on physical damage chars that stack lots of crushing blow, use lifetap and have overstacked res. The ubers were added to the game to be the most challenging thing the game offers. Until you have a fairly high level char with some of the games best items, I wouldnt bother trying. That's after you manage to mf up 3 keysets.
Try using the search function at the top of the thread. Another more thorough way to search is to click advanced options in google. Type what your looking for and then search results only at diabloii.net

I left this open after it was reported just to see what would happen. But it was reported because you're asking the same question about several characters. We usually frown on spamming multiple forums with the same thread. But this is a legit question, because you can make uber characters using most characters. But you're not going to make three uber characters at the same time and no one is helping you in this forum so I'll just close it.
