    • On Nightmare and Hell difficulties will the bosses retain their original art color or will they be crazy colors like in D2?

No gaudy paint-bucket applications in Diablo III are planned, no. :) We have hand-crafted texture variants where needed.

    • Have you considered / already implemented an auto-sort button for the inventory? I find it to be useful for grid style inventories.

The game will attempt to auto-sort items a bit for you when you pick them up. But to fine-tune it, that's all you.

    • will there be a limitation to our stash at d3?

Of course. But an increased size coupled with items only being able to be two-squares max, and there's a lot more space.

Big stash = good (less tough decision making)
Don't color the bosses, keep the themesetting as grimm/dark as possible. It adds to the ambiance.

    Timmy: Hey what's over there?
Bob: It looks like a giant carebear from here.
Timmy: Awwww how cute, its trying to attack us.
Bob: When we're done, maybe we can set it free again in his own habitat.

Hehehe, I remembered when D2 was released and a lot of time was spent in the first act fooling around, me and friend used to joke about the Wendigos and about creating the SWF (Sanctuary Wildlife Foundation), she even made a Wendigo logo sticker and put it on her car, lol.

No boss difficulty color: it's fine with me with or without it. In any case, the colors shouldn't be oversaturated like in D2.

Auto-sort: nice at start, but annoying at higher levels when you have to look for your items after every pickup. An option to turn it off is needed.

Bigger stash and shared stash: invaluable option, finally! I like muling, and I could never play without an option to store a decent amount of items.

yeah i think the shared stash is the biggest must have in D3. everyone seems to want one and for the kind of game diablo is(a treasure hunting game) it only makes sense. biggest question wpuld be is a shared stash gonna be free or something that costs extra money. will they find a way to use it as another gold sink if it is free?

For a sec you made my heart miss a beat: "biggest question wpuld be is a shared stash gonna be free".

Are you crazy man? What if Kotick's ninjas tell him this? RealID wasn't enough?
