Troubles with Frenzy Barb
Starting off on normal untwinked, classic d2. There isn't much in the way of resistances on my char so far.

57/55 str
base dex/energy
80 vitality
I have 5 skill points unused because I don't know what weapon I will end up using. I don't have anything with life leech yet, so that is some of the problem.
It's so bad for me that when I'm fighting Dung Beetles fresh out of Lut, using double swing my health just nose dives due to all the lightning hits. Should I be having this much trouble on them still? Should I start raising dex ASAP? Keep rerolling stores til I get two weapons with LL on them and armor with resistances?
