Smiters are lame, foh is lame.
maybe lame but these are some of the most effective dueling techiques this is why v/t is so strong because if u put on res gear to negate the foh u wil prolly lose alot of dr gear and then u get hit hard by smite.

and unprepared chars dont stand much of a chance vs v/t.

I've seen maybe 1 or 2 V/T's on ladder (which is what I play) and neither of them were very good. Of course NL has all the godly rares and such which would probably help a bit, but either way I've made a V/T before and didnt really like it.

Please elaborate on the "letting you charge?" I think the question is more "how do you survive stunlock charges that were desynced to start out with?"
I think the question is more "how the hell do you stunlock anything half-decent with charge?".

If your charge hits, that will cause knockback and hit recov. Of course this won't work well against chars with max block/high def, but it will work against most casters that aren't pallies

thing is, you have < 20% chance to actually land a hit on any char with maxblock (of course lower for sorcs/pallies/barbs/amas), and < 4% chance for two consecutive hits. druids and necs have minions/bonearmor to further prevent successful charging.

Yes that is true, but it will work for most sorcs/bowazons/trappers. Also you shouldn't even be charging someone with minion stack in the first place. Yesterday I managed to land 3 consecutive hits on a good v/t before he managed to smite me once.
