Transfering Equipment

Extremly stupid question so bare with me. :wave:

How do you transfer equipment between your own characters?

For example: how can I give my barb an item I have found on my necro?

Sorry if there is another thread I tried searching with various queries but I only ended up with threads about trading and such.
