If you're asking if it's possible to transfer items from East to West, that's impossible, I'm afraid. The best you could do is try to trade with someone else across realms, but I figure that would be very difficult. Every so often, someone makes a thread in the trade forum trying to do an interrealm trade, but that's usually ladder to nonladder or vice versa. You could give it a try though.
