% to monster flee? How does 'Hit makes monster flee' work, exactly? Does it stack? What's the cap on it? I'm thinking of getting a passion bow, rattlecage, and a helm that add %Monser Flee, but would it be worth it, even just for goofin' around? If it stacks, and I get it to +100%, then every hit I delivered would make them flee, correct? Or is there a penality with ranged weapons?
