is 3 bookshelves to many games rofl? o_o sometimes i think ineed a new hobby or something lol.
Just three? Filthy casual!
I'm pretty conservative with computer games, but if I have one, I usually play them extensively. For people of my age, that means 1-10 years. I might have 15-20 of them... not counting my former pirate copies from the time when I was young (20+ years ago... it's statue-barred, right? ).
When looking at my collection of (A)D&D books, it might be 300 pounds of them. Then there's my 500 pound SciFi dime novel collection (Perry Rhodan, not sure if you know it) with almost 2800 issues. That's right, it's by far the biggest SciFi series worldwide. With respect to size, the Star Trek or Star Wars universes are flyspecks in comparison!
lol well im not alone hahah
mm...also ... studies show that eating raspberry self saucing chocolate cake increases your chances at finding stuff z_z rofl nomnom
Would that be Video games or others as well?
Bookshelves, being bookshelves, should be full of books. You can put games on any shelves you like, just not bookshelves.
Although by this logic, Krischan's pirate copies will have to be either made by pirates, or contain pirates.
Krischan, I'm familiar with Perry Rhodan as a friend of mine said he used to read it and would like to read it again - I picked up a few pocket books of 10 cents each, secondhand shop, and then I realised he actually doesn't read books and indeed told me never finished a book.
As said, that's 20 years go. The pirates are probably all dead by now.
krischan can i ask you a question about d2... im trying to join a game with another moderator noodle so he can help me w trading we tried yesterday a few times and i cant join his tc/ip and he cant join mine it says "canno connect to server" or something like that. any ideas o_o?
i have also another question but.. ill ask that at another time
Sorry, no, you can't do that here, but I already replied to your private message. You can also have a look at the single-player forum and ask there if you cannot find the information in the stickied threads or with the search function .
speaking of games... today i went to town for a stroll and behold a second hand pawn shop.. so i walked inside and what did i see!!!!! 10 pc xbox and ps2 games for $10!!!!! i got 20 more to the collection p_p
Anything particularly good or semi-valuable?
I don't own all that many physical copies, mostly due to space restrictions, so the physical copies I do buy are of games I know I'll like. Like D3, SC2, CoD and Halo games etc. As such every now and again, I end up getting the CE copy.
With all that said, I'm still spending FAR too much cash buying games I never play (DAMN YOU STEAM!!!!). In fact it got to the point where I just stopped opening Steam. I've got it running so friends can reach me, but I'll rarely went to the store front page. The reason you might ask? After one of those holiday sales, where I log on and literally half of the games displayed on sale is already in my library. >.>
