titans question

if i have a titans that is 197% normal. how much better is a titans that is 197% and etheral or is there no diffference at all? just a quick question.

Ethereal Titan's does 50% more damage, but you can't repair it normally. You have to wait for it to auto replenish.

Some people prefer normal ones, some ethereal. Norm ones can be repaired, ethereal ones do more dmg so you leech better but can't be repaired.

basically it's like this:

base damage X (enhanced damage% + 1) = actual damage.

etheral raises the base damage by 50%, so instead of 100, it would be 150.

lets compare:
non eth wep: 100 base X (100% ed + 1) = 200 damage.
eth wep: 150 base X (100% ed +1) = 300 damage.
non eth wep with 50% more ed: 100 base X (150% ed +1) = 250 damage.

eth results in much higher gain in damage because that's the way the math works.

no, on a technicality. a non-eth 200% upgraded titans should be higher than an eth non-upgraded 150%.
