Thunderstorm or Frozen Orb or even Inferno?

Okey, I have a dilemma - My MF meteorsorc has full out synergies for meteor, except inferno (which only adds dmg over time for the meteor). I've taken just about what's needed. She doesnt have a dot too much or too little anywhere. Thing is - I have 10 skillpoints just lying around. I got +13 skillpoints in fireskills and +10 skillpoints in the other skilltrees.

Where should I put all them skillpoints?

I could get a Frozen Orb of 15 or a Thunderstorm of 16 (I already have one point in Static Field) or I could get more dmg to my meteor through pumping those 10 points into Inferno.

I'm using Tal's set so I have 11 in the Cold Mastery and the Lightning Mastery already.

tried any runs yet? doing okay with only one element?

I would not bother with tstorm the damage is too low. that leaves a backup attack in orb or a beefed up burn radius for meteor.

Frozen Orb will be rather weak but can be used to backup your Merc.
Meteor gorund damage lasts about 15 seconds (!!!) at high lvls and so it can do alot stacked damage if you drop them on top of each other, so Inferno is also a VERY nice option.

Your Merc should usually be able to handle immunes alone, but Frozen Orb might give you sme different skill to use than all the Fire you got.

that is a very good idea and it puts 1 point glacial spike. this will freeze the minions so that they will be forced to stand in your meteor.
at lvl 9 it freezes for 3 seconds ie 3/4 of a second in hell you can get that w/ just one pt into it easy.
And it is a life saver if there is no tank against baals minions, and u get to stop listers group :thumbsup:

Hmm.. Well, she does really fine against Mephisto which is what I'll use her for. It takes 5-6 meteors to kill the ol' demon.
Melianor, do you really think it's a high boost with 10 points in Inferno? Would it help me?
Okey, thunderstorm ruled out.
Frozen orb seems like a good choice with the bonus of glacial spike. What's the dmg of FO at lvl 15 with one point synergy?
