this rare claw worth anything?

someone just gave me a rare war fist and i was wondering if it was any good for a sin build, if so what kind?

stats on war fist:

damage: 150-219
+1 all assn skills
241ed
plus to max dam and ar (based on clvl)
adds 4-11 fire
1-37 lightning
21 psn over 4 secs
20% deadly strike (it's soceted with a Lo)
+2 dragon flight

I'd use it if I found it... but I don't know how many (other) people would know what to do with it.

wwsin are usually using poison damage, but since it hits the lwbp (right?) then you could maybe make a pure physical ww sin, though it'll probably just act like a weak ww barb. Less life, less damage, less range, same speed, less attack rating, less defence, more block.
