This makes no sense
My chance to hit mephisto is 61 with my claws of thunder and 55 with my dragon tail. Meaning an average of one out of two swings should hit him, which is ok because i have 70% IAS. but its NOT ok because its more like one out of 4 swings of the CoT hit him and one out of 5 or 6 kicks hits him (so it takes forever for the charges to go off). so it takes about 10 minutes of me my shadow and my act 2 might merc smacking him all the time and going back to town and getting potions. just for a nightmare meph run. what the hell?
