I've just fought a smiter in a public game who brought in a barbarian (well-hidden) to prebuff himself with various warcries. Not just that, he prebuffed treachery, stacked himself up with various absorbs and took out the whole game by himself.
I mean, it's only a public game, why taking it so seriously?
P.S He also townruns, rejuv'd and whined about my puny sanctuary merc. It took my hammerdin 4 head-on 12k hammerdins to KO him. Clan tag was TiK, of EUScL. He also insulted my mother.
