This claw any good?

Just found a 3os Suwayyah with +3 to phoenix strike, +3 to death sentry, and +2 to dragon flight. Worth anything or Charsi food? If it's worth keeping, what runeword to make with it? I don't play assassins, but if its any good i might have to start one up. Thanks

It's not worth anything really, it's a slow claw + the skills aren't used much in pvp (except for dflight in some cases). On a pvm phoenix striker the combination of skills is really nice, to bad it isn't a rare with fools/ias/ITD or other good mods. I personally would rather use jade or bartucs sadly.
