This build good enough?

ignore the equip i am using , i'm planning on using my skill pts in this way
max bone spirit
max bone spear
max bone wall
and wear the marrowwalk

60 pts used

with the addition of some curses , approximately 65~68 pts used
and the rest should go to summon ( sufficient for tanking and keeping me alive )

then the vy vy few remaining should go to teeth i guess?

my questions are :
with those maxed bone skills , am i gonna have enough killing power?
and i need some advices with my summon skill page , got no idea what should i use, but i guess i'll put 1 pt into revive and let the + skills do the rest that should give u at least 10 revives which is more than enough
for the skeleton part , how many pts in RS and SM?

Or, if you want to make a bonemancer that is still capable to use revives to tank, check out Soulesschild's PvP Bone Necro Guide. Using marrows, you can easily spare a few points into the summon tree to be able to place a point in revive (1 point, but I only suggest this if you have 5+ to all skills).
This way you can easily have max teeth alongside all the other bone spells, and still have revives for tanking.

and also , if a monster has been cursed by lower resist , my bone spear/spirit is gonna do more damage or just the same?

Max teeth, grab items with plus to skills and you should easily do 2-3k. Right now I am breezing though nm by myself and can easily kill on 8player Baal runs.

huh? teeth?
dun think i'll use it as a main skill , i'm thinking of maxing bone spear , bone spirit and bone wall , some in curses and other pts in summon skill tree for enough tanking . IF luckily i have pts left then they'll all go to teeth

I'm playinig a bone necro that basically ignores teeth too. I imagine teeth would be fabulous against the annoying riff raff like fetishes but I like freeing those points up for pumping up prison and wall (didn't want to use the marrow walk exploit) so I can continue to build up a strong bone armor while cranking up bone spear and spirit with the synergies all at once.

Spear is great as a primary attack but you may find it a bit weak as you start hitting the heavier stuff in nightmare if you don't have more synergies in it. I've got Bone spear at about 22 right now and probably have 20-25 points in synergies (another 140-175% to damage) and it's only just now knocking out fetishes with one hit. You may want to plan on putting more into BS synergies and sticking with a ten point (or fewer with item skill bonuses) for gumby rather than going all out with skellies, etc.

Between gumby and a good merc, I find my tanking needs are pretty well met most of the time and gumby's slow attack plus decrepify is a chapter boss killer. Also, prison and wall are great for tying down enemies while you splatter them with the spear. Lower Resist appears to only be worth it for cooperative games or for poison necros so you might just want to curse up to Decrep and save yourself all the additional prereqs to get to LR unless you want life steal which does do wonders for keeping your tanks alive when things get really hairy.

If you want to combine serious summoning with strong magic attacks, I'd reccomend a poison necro since the synergies are much less demanding, freeing up a lot of points for curses and summons. I've been contemplating a maxed out poison necro (60 skill points) with 20/20 in RS and SM which should hopefully leave just enough points to get Lower Resist to enhance the poison attacks.

Do you plan on playing him to lvl 98? 'Cause if you don't, there ain't gonna be no way you can max skeles/mast and all the poison skills.. And you wouldn't be able to get gumpy or bone armor (provided you were planning on using marrows, otherwise 1 point in ba is useless).

You should rather try out placing only 10 in poison dagger, so you can get the clay golem and summon resist, both of which are important utility skílls.

No no you misunderstand, Max teeth, for the synergy, along with Bone Spear, Bone Wall and Bone spirit. The 2-3 k is with Spear and Spirit, not teeth. right now I only do about 500 with teeth.
 
1 point in every summon skill (except fire golem which is useless and skelly mastery which you'll get from marrows) is good enough.

then you max
teeth
bone spear
bone spirit
bone wall

then you put 1 point in
amp
iron maiden (with minnions for a touch of bm against ww barbs)
terror
weaken
decrep (might have got pre reqs wrong but decreps pre reqs)

rest into bone armor

at 85 you'll have everything done with 1 point in bone armor
and I severly suggest using teeth in duels I only have 1 bone gc right now and it's good enough to **** most sorcs.
