There & Back Again

Well, I lived in NJ until I was 19. Then I moved to Illinois, then Oregon, then Florida, then California and came back to Jersey (this was over the course of 6 years)

Spent some time in Georgia, Maine & Pensy, as well as every state from NJ to California.

Not with my parents or anything.. just hit an age where my moms wanderlust genes kicked in and I just picked up and left. I'd spend some time and see how long I could make it work out, come back for a bit and I was off again (working in between to save up money for my next adventure).

Finally going back to Illinois on MAY 15th! WOO!! (can't freakin' wait!) :clap:

The only thing is, I think Jack Kerouac said it best when he said (to paraphrase): "Every city becomes the same after awhile, the only thing that changes is the accent".

Well, I couldn't think of a good title and as I was passing by my bookcase, I saw The Hobbit sitting there and, I guess in a way it kind of was about Bilbo Baggins.

Oh, I've spent plenty of time in New York. By proxy I could say I almost lived there, as when I wasn't sleeping or working in NJ, that's where I was. I haven't been there since January, though..

All the attempts at making the city 'nice' pretty much turned me away, which is why I'm moving to Chicago.

I grew up in Denver, Colorado, then lived in Atlanta, Georgia for 6 years to go to school(GT), and now I'm living in Raleigh, North Carolina. But I'll be moving back to Atlanta by next summer at the latest to get married.

In which part of Atlanta do you live? I believe I saw that you also go to GT. What are you studying?
