They're still whining about the LZR swimsuits.
Wouldn't the easiest solution be to just have them all swim naked? No technical doping at all then. Sure, they could shave, but all swimmers do already, and after that, you're pretty much out of options.
The prudish Americans might have a problem with their naughty bits showing, but they could just black them out on TV. Most of the rest of the world is fine with people swimming naked, though.
Heck, they should have all the events be naked, just like the good ol' days.
