I have taken it upon myself to find the absolute, undeniably best PvP char in existence. I can only think of 23 builds and I need you to help me find the ULTIMATE PvPer for all future references. :O thanks guys.

Seriously, learn to use the "Search" button at the top of the forum. If that's too hard for you, I've compiled pretty much all of the larger discussions about what the "best" pvp character is into this post:
