As many of us do, I got a little tired of the intensive, religious, conservative vs. liberal, world issue threads. How bout something simple? Something that doesnt require a whole lot of thought, but can tell us a little more about the poster? This is a good way to post those interests that you felt werent worthy of getting enough support to actually make that thread...

Yeah, canadia got it about right. I also wanted this to be inspiration for all those of you who felt that your topic wouldnt gather a huge response. You never know, people might enjoy your refreshing look at whatever it is you post about. I believe that vorzheva mentioned posting about author/book of the week in the style of song of the week, and he went ahead and decided to do it because people told him theyd enjoy it. So in a way, this thread is feedback for threads you might want to make...
