The Pit... It handed me my behind on a silver plater!

I decided to join two of my friends from my guild in their hell game.
They were working on the Cain quest & I decided to run the Pit with my hammerdin, looking for treasure. After a few minutes, I see "Arathorn was slain by Dark Archer". So run from the pit over to his corpse to help clear the area. We do that and then I return to the pit to finish my run. A few more minutes pass and I see another message "Arathorn was slain by..."

Arathorn : I diddnt even see that one...
Me : Owwww...
Idril : Ouch

Arathorn recovers his corpse as I head deeper into the pit. I ran into a grroup of skellies with a champion and a unique, and finish them. As I move deeper into the pir, well aware of the danger that any archer in there is, I run into a huge pack of monsters...

They were about a dozen archers, with a unique skellie, his minion pack, two champion carvers and and two unique archers, bringing the monster pack to around 3 dozen or more . Of the auras I saw/ noticed, there was Might, mana burn . I am sure there were other monster auras in effect, however I never got a chance to see what they were.

I died faster than I could blink, had no time to retreat, use a potion or anything. Standing in town, I tell the other two that if I or any of them were to go in and try to recover my corpse, we would all die a painful death.

Arathorn : Shall we help Idril ?
Idril : Sure lets go.

What followed was all three of us dying atleast 6-12 times each.
Arathorn brought in an army of his skellies and revives...death followed for him after about 1.5 minutes. Idril died several times and decided to use her level 90 barb.
I died to the point that I had 8 corpses laying around..I kept going in NK, because even Nk, I could do 3k hammer damage..

Well, in the end, we wiped them all out, I got all my corpses back, and we left the pit to complete the Cain Quest.

Well, hell may be hell ... But that experience in the pit really was a HELL of a time.
