anyone into Lost like I am? Season 5 kicks off in less than 48 hours baby! I CANT WAIT. It is a great show and those who have followed it, I hope you are as jacked up as I am. whos with me?

Season 3 was weak, but Season 4 turned it all around again. It defintely started to bring things together and rebounded after a weak season 3. I expect a lot of big things

I remember X-Files as a show that, the more you watched, the less the series length plot made sense but you kept hoping they'd bring it all together by the end

yea... I didn't make it to the end of that show and I didn't make it through the first season of this one

i always missed the lost seasons on tv.... i got all 4 seasons on dvds..... it would be nice to watch it on tv... if i'm not already too late... and missed episode 1 or 2 of season 5.

also do they show re-runs of episodes if u miss some of them ?

as an avid reader, and story listen-love 'er extrordinaire (can't spell...), lost is awesome because it's long, it actually has plot and suspense and literary critical thinking is required. i wish more expensive series of tv shows would be done. for me, the level of depth that lost brings is a godsend from the mindless garbage that litters the american tv airwaves and stupifies my felow american peers so low.

It got really dumb at the end of the second season.

I believe the one line in Zack and Miri Make a Porno said it best:
"They're on the island, they're off the island. Who can follow that ****."

Watched the last season of Lost, mostly out of morbid curiosity, it's like a train wreck that keeps somehow getting back on the tracks and crashing again. What a ****ing mess.

Stopped a few seasons before the end, in which I understand they replaced David Duchovny with Robert Patrick and then undid that, anyway I caught the final episode and my god, pee-eew.

Early seasons were pretty good though. The main storyline always sucked. Partly because they contradicted it every time they wrote more of it - just like Lost it was quickly apparent they were making it up as they went along.
