That sure is a large amount of lv95+ characters that surged in the past 10 minutes.

Well they usually say they will be down +/-6 hours. only halfway thru that standard amount of time.

My characters had not been reset with 1 hour into the scheduled reset time. Maybe they are screwing it up completely.

The ladder rankings were not reset properly, it showed last ladders achievements...

ladder's been up for quite a while now spark.... average top of expan ladder is 22, expan HC ladder is 17, normal ladder is 19, and normal hardcore is around 18.
