The Highest LVL req on a item ?

I wonder what is the Highest LVL req on a Rare/Magic item in D2?

Because I have heard rumors some years ago about a lvl 95 req dual Leech rare ring.(Was this a myth or truth?)

And also what is the Highest LVL req that can spawn on a crafted item ?

I am very curious about it , So show me your pics !

Magic/rare: The "of vita" affix on grand charms which adds 41-45 life has a level req of 83, as well as the "hibernal" affix on SCs.

Craft: the highest affix on a craftable item seems to be 6% ML on rings (L74). Crafted items have a level req which is 10+3*X higher, with X being the number of random affixes. the maximum is four, so another 22 are added which makes it L96.

Very interesting information, But I would still like to see some picture of an item with such a high lvl req.

Oh it's not mine. I google'd for a high lvl req item and that came up. I imagine it's dupe from some time ago.
