Why do you use Dwarf Star? Does the 15% fire absorb help that much? I noticed most of the baddies in trist shoot fire at you, so I bet the 15 does help a lot.

Haven't seen it mentioned here, so I'll throw forth Duress for the armor slot. It's somewhat affordable to make, enhances damage output, has decent resists, and has 15% crushing blow.

Is it possible to do this without switching gear? I find it such a hassle to switch

So far I've gather my gears but just haven't reached the lvl to attempt any of this

Smite Gear Switch
Sanctuary / Griswold shield 3xpdiamond
Azurath (this should help me reach the fps I needed)

Hammerdin Gear
Wizpike / Spirit Pally Shield /w AR42

Common Gear
Amulet - Saracen's Chance or The Mahim-Oak Curio or maybe a rare one if I can gamble it. Best would be Mara but trying to be cheap here
Ring - Dward for Fire absorb + Raven for Cold absorb
Belt - Tgod for Str + Lightening absorb
Headgear - Rare Pally circlet with fcr, all resist, etc
Glove - Dracul
Boot - Gorerider
Armor - Guardian Angel

The only thing that might not be good is the fact I don't have a lot of CB which I suppose I can switch to a gulliman face. I should reach max resist in hell maybe more with the Guardian Angel. I'll find some resist charms along the way I'm sure.

Hi,
for uber duriel you forgot about Blood crafted belt, it has open wounds 5-10% on it.

In fact, I didn't see a belt in your guide. Must have missed it.

Dracs give Open Wounds also, it isn't as important to stack OW unlike CB for the ubers.
