I'm still sruck with my etheral one =( But i found a ethera Kelpie that i like. Upgrade it a bit and the damge should be over 600 with 75% slow, Meph stops moving and merc can survive even without BO.

Also how much MF do you have? I only have 63. 25 from rhyme, 10 on my ring and 28 from Gheeds. I think I should try and get 150% or so. I guess doing more runs should be my main priority tho.
About my mf %, 50 from shako and 37 from Gheed's.

Yeah, I recommend going into high lvl runs and just MFing. Since Classic doesn't have Baals, I'll try this in CS. Thanks HamC8.
Ive found 2 Shako and 3 Skulders 0 SS and other various keepable uniques. Im at about 400+ first drop runs. 300+ MF

3x Draculs Grasp (My fav Melee glove, I love the life tap cast)
There is more but I cant remember them all.
About 1 Keepable unique in 8-10 runs is what you can expect and Im pretty picky. Also thanks to Silver on the kill tip. I noticed that in some positions is seemed to drop less items. This confirms my thoughts and I will try to get him to a favorable position more often. Also if you can do this with 2 machines (or copies running) I highly recommend it with a BO Barb. No fear on the tele or the fight and he can be making next while you tele and kill, speeding up your run time.

Even in nm you can really rack up an easy fortune fast. I stopped my sorc in act3 nm for about 3 days and just mf'd him. Filled almost an entire acc full of mules with various useful stuff (mostly good lld stuff like angelics and sigons, some lld gear but a handful of good uniques too). Then she died.. Oh well thats the way it goes. And aren't I supposed to be gone? :lol:

Since I posted a few hours ago, Meph has dropped me another stormshield. That makes two. Also got an ethereal +3/19 lit damage escuchas eldrich orb which i then traded for an ethereal 21% deaths fathom dimensional shard.
about 5 minutes ago i made a Hoto and boy is it nice!
Question: I accidently killed hell meph in quest game but didnt pick up soul stone nor go in red. Now when i kill meph ALL magics i get still have increased durability. Ive been creatting game with sorc and killing in same game. So is this a easier way for quest drop or do I need to remake a character.
