The cost of the Rumsfeld Doctrine.
In the run up to this war, we violated all of the Weinberger Doctrine. We also violated the more well-known Powell Doctrine, which is based on the Weinberger Doctrine.
But by golly we stuck to the Rumsfeld Doctrine! So what did that get us?
