The carelessness contest
A recent event has brought me to bring up the topic of careless inventory sorting, often leading to broken keyboards. Last night, very tired and ready to call it a night-I reached level 61 from baaling, and was gonna equip my wizardspike. I had been using a scepter I found with +2 to blessed hammer and 2 sockets. I put a tir rune in the one socket, and left the other empty. I just started up on ladder, and am "relatively" poor. I went to grab the wiz spike and put it in place of the scepter, and accidentally grabbed my only good tradeable item I had left, my um rune, sitting right beside the tiny dagger in my stash. Connect the dots folks....now I'm the proud owner of a scepter with +2 blessed hammer, +2 to mana after each kill, and 25% of open wounds. :cheesy:
So I'm basically wondering....who else has done something this similarly stupid? Lets see who has lost the most.
