You don't have to get a rush. Make/Join a game that's named after the act you need to clear and party up. BO barbs were very popular on ladder start (before anyone and their brother had a 6/6 CtA). Might take a little more time, but it's definitely doable.

my res is 85/40/40/40 something IMO u dont need to max the Natrual resist since u reach +70 with the + before u maxed it

slvl 24 Natural Resistance (20+torch+BC) is [email protected] Anyway, obviously you can live without maxing it, and pump War Cry more for instance. In your case anni makes the difference which is not taken into account in the guide.
What armor/weapon does your merc use?

that doesnt look like budget items...

There are a lot of old good goldfind threads if you search for them. Most use the same items but there are a lot of different ways to make and play a goldfind barb. the singer or merc kills everything barb picks his butt is one but they have the problem of phy imms and can be slow. often those builds can make more gold doing nm then they can in hell if they kill slow.

the barbs that work very well are setup to kill while still having all goldfind items. this build can also have a very strong merc that could do kill the killing or just get the last hit.

some items you didnt list are
tarn helm: (lem or P topaz) if you want mf or gf
CoT: about the best gf helm if you melee
magic/rare circle: upto 80%gf, 2 holes, +skills + other mods (180%max gf)
magic circlet: 80%gf 3 holes (230% max gf)
goldskin: eth upgraded for merc, normal upgraded for barb
crafted blood boots/belt: if you melee you they work great can can both have upto 80%gf on them along with leech

there are a lot more but you can find more info in the other threads.

btw i max the FI on all my goldfind and mf barbs and have never regretted. you can often get more gold using max FI on the high council then you can from the first kills using a gf merc. there numbers you can look at in other threads that show gold from first kill and gold after using max FI skill.

I am building a gf barb...i keep it really budget, for the moment have spend less than 10 pgm on it...not perfect yet but i am still having fun...its only lvl 78 so i only run nm trist for the moment.
I was wondering, i am shoping for echoing spear....I found one, but it is actually really a spear...so the req dex is 65... does the +3 warcry can spawn on ... a glaive for exemple? I want to know before i spent dex point for the dex to be able to use the echoing spear.... And where should i go shopping for it... i am shopping at malah for the moment

Yeah the 3WC can spawn on any normal melee weapon, use a low req. weapon so u dont have to use dex (which u are getting from torch/anni, and is more than enough)
