The Breeder Project The Breeder was a build I began working on in 1.09, the basic Idea was to build a viable druid with my main attacks being the very early summoning skills, Poison Creeper (which is why this build was originally just called a poison creeper druid, that vine is a god), and Spirit Wolves. basic skill layout was MAX Spirit Wolves MAX Poison Creeper MAX HoW 5-10 Dire Wolves 5-10 Grizzly 5-10 Oak (sometimes it can be better, especially in multiplayer games when someone else has HoW) 5-10 either arctic blast or Hurricane, depending on how you like to play. prereqs *note, may need some tweaking for 1.1, I didn't get much chance to experiment in in 1.1 Stats... you don't need much, enough str for your gear, enough dex for max block is handy, and everything else is vitality. Gear - the main things you need from gear are +skills, resistances, and life. Nothing else is of much importance. Anyways, as of a few weeks ago I am completly unable to play D2, my old computer went to hell, I had to get a new one, and I can't find the orignal D2 disk or the CD key for the expansion, and I'm really not willing to pay to buy them both again. So, in comes the breeder project, anybody who is willing to take up the task of building this build and getting it through hell, and then collaborating with me in making a guide for this build will receive my old account (granted its not much... but I'm pretty sure it has some decent stuff). In there is my old Breeder LD_FearTheVine, who you can either continue to build on, or if the skills prove to need tweaking for 1.1 you can create a new one, and use what gear I have available for him, its probably not the best gear for the build, but it seemed to be decent enough for the job, though it was difficult. The main point of this build was just to prove that it could be done, and work, and it was going well, but I am now currently unable to complete it, so I would like someone to take up the reigns for me and complete my work. I'm not going to let a little thing like 1.1 stand in the way of my breeder being a viable build. Hopefully there is someone as willing as me to take up the underdog and prove everyone wrong. Anyone willing? Gear donations to the project would be appreciated as well.
