The weather here is crappy. 48 degrees with drizzle tomorrow. More like March, not the end of April. :cry:

It sure as hell is summer down here. Temp in the mid 80s yesterday, felt hotter than hell. It didn't help that I was driving a black car.

To give an example of how hot that thing gets, before I began to drive there was much washing of the car, for cats had left hair/dirt all over it. When the soaked washcloth touched the car, steam began to roll off of it. That is pretty hot.


Well, it helped that the top was down, but it took ice cold lemonade to really alleviate the heat.

Same here. Tonight (Sunday night) or very early tomorrow morning. I don't think too much and anyway, it can't really stay around very long in late April.

its hot all year round - living along the equator.

It snowed here once last year, for about an hour. Largest flakes I had ever seen, and I grew up in places where it snowed during the winter months. Haven't seen real snow for several years. :hanky:

We had 80 inches of it here this winter. I've seen enough snow to bury an army. Damn crap wouldn't melt fast enough. I love it for the first month or so. But by January I am tired of it and by March I am finished with it. We had snow on the ground from mid Jan until mid to late march this year.

But my lawn looks nice now!

we have a frost warning for tonight. this happened last year and it destroyed a lot of crops that were just getting growing. hope it isnt too hard on them this time. [/farmboy]

Ah, I think we have as well. I might want to cover up some of the little plants that are starting to come up. I had to mow for the first time yesterday.

Saturday we had soccer and baseball games and it was horrible outside. It was about 45 degrees and very windy. Cold wind too. Wind chills were about 25 degrees I had heard. I am hoping that is pretty much over soon.

OK, enough about weather. I feel like we're on a first date here.
