For lilith its not her poison that hurts but its her melle attack that hurts. It does like over 800 damage. Lure her out of her minions so you dont get amped and than 1 hit ko. Try to have some pdr. A smiter can take her out. It just needs a source of life tap,crushing blow, fastest smite like 65% ias, and openwounds to stop life regeneration. And some antidotes and pots before life tap occurs.
