Terror and the Ubers

I recently made a Fishymancer, and he DESTROYS the game with his gear. Now, the ONLY thing I can't seem to get him to do is the ubers. I get 5-10 urdars, kill a bunch of people, I still need an Obedience for my merc, but my Terror radius is despairingly small. I can probably hit two monsters side by side MAXIMUM. My question is, how do I get it so it's a very large area?

increase the skill level either by hard points or +skills?

buy a wand of terror with a much higher level in the skill then what you have presently and use that?

just spam it a lot on anything that gets near, not like you have a whole lot else going on while your skeles are hacking away

That's the thing. I have 2.6 yard radius at level 23.

I can, but I hate the 2.6 yard thing, it's so LOW. It's like, 50 casts to get 25 people or so away.

You can't. It is fixed at 2.6 yards. All that changes is the duration of the Terror effect and the distance the monsters run when under the influence of the skill.

I figured that out, but I swear I've seen people on youtube using it at what looks like a 15-20 yard radius :/.

I saw a similar video, the one I saw was a barb using revive charges to revive urdars. If so, that radius skill you saw was howl.

yes, it's Decrep on one hot key, terror on the other. some FCR would be nice to spam terror, cast decrep from time to time on the boss, then back to spamming terror.
