templar relic...does it hold any value?

I found a rare templar relic. Do these hold any value or are they pretty much worthless?

These are starting to hold more value than previous as people realize that you can get the followers to a level where they actually assist with damage. The rolls on this are too low however... 3 High Stat rolls (with primary 200+) are where you are going to find a return.
