Telezerker.... Ladder PvP

I was just wondering... is it viable to use beserk in conjunction with tele. I have a barb on SP now made with the items i would use on ladder. Heres the setup. I tried telezerking some monsters but there no definite lock. Anyone have a suggestion?

Arreats- ed/ias or cham?
SS- ed/ias or cham? (cham goes in either arreats or ss, or i use grid+ravens)
Botd Zerker
Verdungoes
Enigma Dusk
Angelics/Ravens+Grid
Steelrend? I would think dracs is useless going for 1 hit kills.

does deadly strike work with zerk? if so gores, otherwise treks
On switch- Warcry weps

Inv- 10x Warcry Gcs- with 12 fhr or life IF possible+ annihilus of course.
I'll buff with demon limb and have around 31k ar, 4200 life, and 8k damage.

max howl, zerk, shout, axe mastery, 1 into each utility skill. rest into BO (or should i cut down on one of the synergies and max bo?)

stats are pretty obvious, going for max block. Can someone please lmk is this is doable... necros are boring ffs.

a bit hard to do such thing you have no fcr(this means you cast at 13 frames), and you hit 15 fpa = 28 frames(more than 1second). Nearly most deadly duelers can flay your skin from your flesh, your flesh from your bones. You need at least 37% fcr (10 frames casting), and 125% ias(excluding weapon) for 5 frames berserk attack = 15 frames total for one attack. It's nearly two times faster, so two times more effective. Maybe you can win some duels but hence the shield, berserk is not uninterruptable

hmmm would tele conc work better? also, i need 125% ias T_T. THe weapon speed calc told me with a zerker axe i cant go past 9 frame

125% is 9 frame so needs 65 other than on botd.
75% is 10 frame so 15% other than botd = easy to get.
not that i hold much hope for a teleport swing attacker tbh.
