This isn't really tech support, but rather a general problem.

I just found a legendary plan for the blacksmith. (adventurers journal, for pender's purchase)

I can't figure out how to teach this to my blacksmith. I open the blacksmith panel then right click it, but nothing happens. What changed with the patch?
